Wow. It's been a while since I updated, so this is going to be pretty long, as usual. And I'm aware it isn't an update day.
I'm going to make some minor changes to the site. What won't change is the content or the layout. I'm just updating the images and making them smoother, and otherwise making the visual theme more congruous. It's not going to hurt.
Also, Merchana has been suspended indefinitely. I might consider reviving it under certain conditions.

And...Taa-Daa! I went and did something completely original, something I've never seen on ANY other webcomic. I created an optional preload-comic-thingamajig. It took, what, half an hour? And worked the first time. Pat me on the back. Also, the picture caption contest is over. This is due to a lack of new submissions for about a week. I gotta say, though, what we got was really funny.

I guess you've pretty much figured out by now that we're each making some input on the main page each update. So, I'll give you some news on my front. First of all, I'm tweaking some stuff on all the pages. You might notice a few ripples of disturbance there. Second, and MORE IMPORTANT, check the "WHAT'S NEW" thing over there. I got rid of the inside joke, and we're making use of our Synergy section. Finally. Check it out, it's cool.
As for Merchana? Well, yeah, I guess I should do something about that. Page 2 has driven me mad with...well, you'll find out. In other comic-related stuff, an important point should be raised about Greg's little comment at the bottom of this week's comic. That's the name of the guy Christina's thinking about, who is a character from something else Greg is doing and whose battle cry is to correct people's pronunciation of his name. What I meant to say was, congratulations on me and my weirdness today. I'm getting the Soliloquy section fixed this semiweek, and in the process, somehow re-uploaded the very first main page comment. I'll leave it there; we probably need it as a reminder of who and what we are here. Kudos to Greg on throwing in some of his hand-drawn vector art in comic 33. The pointy cheeks of doom!!
However, WWC is a SPRITE comic, so don't expect to see much of that again.

Actually, I was just about to update when I noticed the page had changed. And what an update! I actually tried to get Christina to update! Well, she still hasn't gotten back to me, so... never mind about Christina. But since it's almost Halloween, this is what I did. I plan to dress up as myself for that special holiday, and Greg did that last year, so here! I'll tell you how to do the same!! (Yes, I was supposed to update this last week, to give you time, but whatever.)
How to dress up as Greg:
1. Dye your hair black.
2. Dress up in a grey shirt, dark grey pants, and a dark cape. A real, thick cape, too, not one of those flimsy stupid ones.
3. Train 10 years to access your inner power reserves on a high mountain in total seclusion. Learn how to focus electricity and energy through your fingers.
4. Go as something else for Halloween, honestly.
How to dress up as Gabe:
1) Give yourself a big, orange afro.
2) Wear the biggest pair of Hawaiian print pants and black shoes you can find.
3) Put on a lab shirt.
4) (optional) Put a pencil behind your ear.
